hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Handelshögskolan i Stockholm i Stockholm Stockholm School of Economics seeks a Project Manager Alumni Relations, to join the Alumni and Foundation Relations team (AFR).
The AFR team is part of the External Relations Department at SSE, and aims to provide opportunities to engage, build relationships, and support alumni. The Project Manager must cooperate closely with other functions within the External Relations Department as well as with faculty and program directors throughout SSE. The AFR team is led by the Head of Alumni and Foundation Relations who reports to the Director of External Relations and cooperates closely with the President.
As a Project Manager in Alumni Relations, you will work with closely with SSE alumni and you will be responsible for:
• implementing alumni communications (including, but not limited to monthly newsletter, social media, event invitations),
• organizing alumni events in Stockholm and abroad, including SSE s annual Homecoming event, and
• engaging with external stakeholders as well as SSE departments, program staff, faculty to maximize opportunities for alumni.
We are looking for someone who:
• has demonstrated project management skills,
• has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish, and includes social media experience,
• has event experience,
• has strong database experience,
• is strongly motivated with a problem-solving attitude,
• is service-minded,
• is team-oriented,
• has a academic degree
Experience from an academic setting (preferred but not required).
You will report to the Head of Alumni and Foundation Relations.
The position is full-time and has conditional tenure (SSE requires a 6-month trial period of employment). Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
