hela Sverige Saab Public Safety and Security (PSS) is expanding and now searching for additional agile team managers/project managers to join our teams in Gothenburg. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to work with interesting and challenging tasks as well as collaborate with experienced colleagues in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth.
Your role
As an Agile team/project manager your main task is to manage and coordinate deliveries to our customers. You will be part of a team with mainly software developers and test experts.
This is a position that requires close collaboration not only with your team members, but also with customers, end users, other teams with in PSS and other internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks will be:

Leading and coordinating the daily work within the team both operationally and strategically
*
Collaborating closely with your team's product owner and scrum master to define the roadmap as well as continuously improve ways of working
*
Fostering an open, innovative and inclusive work atmosphere within your team
*
Managing stakeholders and presenting results to the steering groups internally and externally
*
Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships as well closely collaborating with customers and end-users
*
Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery and service to the customer, acting as main Saab point of contact of the customer and primary escalation point
*
Project management activities including resource planning, time planning, budget forecasting/follow-up, risk and opportunity analysis. Owns the project management plan and schedule
Your profile
You hold at least a bachelor degree in a technical field or have equivalent work experience. In addition, you have minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles and have a great interest in technical and complex systems.
You are a driven and motivated person who appreciates continuous learning and has the ability to find creative solutions to unexpected challenges. You are open and communicative with good collaboration skills. You will work in one or several customer projects towards set deadlines, which requires great planning skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently in collaboration with the team/product owner.
You are a well-structured, result oriented person with excellent social and leadership skills. Have the drive to enable the team to deliver the highest value to the business and to our end customers.

You will be part of the Public Safety and Security unit who mainly develops advanced software applications and solutions for mission critical solutions within Public Safety and Security market. The team you will join has operations in Sweden, UK, Australia and US. You will be part of the Swedish team.
