There is now an opportunity to work as a cross functional team leader in order to introduce solutions for quality in the field with shortest possible lead time, following the project timeline and all relevant cross functional processes
Lead a cross-functional team with Root Cause analysis and solution identifications and implementation. The solution can be; new aftermarket instruction, productions line changes, design changes, SW update or aftermarket campaigns or all of the above.
We would like you to have an engineering experience in the automotive business and a few years project management experience.
For this role we se that you have a strong drive and are target oriented. To be successful you need to have a good communications skill and a drive to deliver good solutions of improvement of products. You enjoy being the leader that encourage the team member to deliver on tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters or Bachelor degree or equivalent
Fluent in English
Experienced in Project Management
Experienced on Quality tools, mainly on Root Causes Analysis
Good overall product technical knowledge in the automotive fields
