We are now looking for a Project Manager to our popular client in Västerås! In this role, you will lead the execution of medium-sized projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with PG policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. You will also lead the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Furthermore, you will provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
Additional information:
• This PM role will scope and drive the work of the installation of our new electrical lab circuit, which will be installed inside an existing building.
• This will involve identifying (with help from the team and internal support functions and instructions) the technical design work needed, the installation work required and (subcontracting this to sub-suppliers), the HSE plans and steps needed and driving the process to complete risk assessments and appointing roles needed including coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers, the organization in charge of the building etc.
• I.e. the person in this role will have to interface with SCM, HSE experts, contractors, the lab house owner, our internal development and delivery projects.
• It will be expected that some hands-on work on the documentation of plans and required documentation is directly required to be completed by the PM - as this is a small team. Subject matter experts for the different areas can mostly be found inhouse.
• This PM role will also have to cooperate with the R&D-project manager(s) who are running development projects that will use this lab for testing. The overall time plan will have to be integrated in the plans of these projects.

Qualifications
• Project management experience from leading the execution of medium-sized projects in a similar industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or another technical field.
• Communicate fluent in English, written and spoken.

Salary
By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-06-22 with great possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our client in Västerås.
