The Role
As our next Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from the customer's perspective where you will be acting as a project manager/ product expert depending on what the situation requires. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are met and that they receive the best possible service.
You will work in high stake projects where you need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities, and to make data-driven decisions. But you will of course not be alone doing this, you will be a part of the account teams together with Perception Experts, Customer Success Engineers and Key Account Executives.
The project manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of Kognic by being the expert of our clients, by monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Responsibilities:

Work with the Key Account Executive and Account Team to define client projects scope, objectives, timelines, and budget
• Monitor multiple projects' schedule and ensure that the projects are progressing according to plan
• Manage project budget by tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Identify potential risks to the project and work with the Account Team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Work closely with our Lead Quality Managers, a highly skilled team that supports annotators with quality and annotation technique understanding
• Lead and manage projects, including Ground Truth project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage, monitor and review the deliveries continuously
Who are you?
We believe that you are a goal-oriented, analytical doer that is used to handling multiple projects at the same time.With several years of experience within project management, You are used to working with different project management tools and methodologies. The part in your work where you thrive the most is the customer dialogue, you appreciate and value a close collaboration with your customers. With your excellent communication skills, you are able to make the most advanced information understandable to stakeholders without the technical knowledge.

Bachelor or higher in a technical or other relevant degree
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer
