is looking for a Project Manager
to be based in Stockholm
The Opportunity!
You will be a key member of the project team, working in close collaboration with the Customer and core project team. You will drive the execution of a project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations, while maximizing the results with respect to cash and margin and delivering on time, in conformity with Alstom project management and execution processes,
You will be responsible for project Quality Cost Delivery Planning while ensuring Alstom legal and contractual rights are protected,

Key responsibilities?
Project Quality Cost Delivery Planning performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash)
Manage customer and external stakeholders' relationship
Continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements
Ensuring contract management and variation orders towards customer
Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from start to close of the project including:
Proper transfer from tender to project
Definition of Project objectives and main drivers to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract
Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among them
Synchronize internal partners and arbitrate when necessary
Alignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders. Manage claim and litigations if needed
Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management
Management of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management, with transparency during the business/project reviews.
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management
Who are you?
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
5 years' experience as: sub-system/component manager or qualified project manager or manager of an operational scope
Experience in managing customer relationship
Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures
Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory
Excellent Project management skills & Knowledge of PM processes
Excellent communication skills
High capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-functional teams
Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented
Excellent Negotiation skills
Experience Conflict and crisis management
Good knowledge of railway products and systems is desirable
IPMA level C or equivalent is desirable
