Are you motivated by challenges and want to deliver in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Project Manager within Surface and Exploration R&D department to join the project management office.

Your mission
As a Project Manager you will lead our product development projects from idea to a launched product. The focus in our projects are automation, digitalization and electrification and that is the future as we see it today. In this role you are the leader of the project team where the project plan, goals and objectives are formed, committed and achieved. The job will involve many contacts with people both inside and outside the division, including international contacts.
Location and travel
The position is open in Örebro, Sweden.

Your profile
Preferable you have experience in project management with similar complexity as for our products. You have the ability to structure the work, have a good sense of orderliness and both the willingness and capability to stive for consistently deliver added value to the customer in the projects. You have sound knowledge about product development processes. The project organization relies on stage gate and agile processes and combination of these way of working must be cohesive. To succeed in this role you have the ability to see the holistic picture and are a communicator. You have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and are driven. You have an inclusive and growth mindset to be able to coordinate people and project with the focus on added value and deliverables.
Preferable having a Master of Science degree in engineering or business and administration or equivalent knowledge through working experience. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in engineering, marketing or software development. Experience in project manager and proven track record in leadership is meritorious.
