The offering also includes products and solutions for the growing Renewable energy segment.
Your Role
In this role, you work with different projects that truly will make a change for our business. Certified with a degree within Materials Science Engineering, you will be integrated in our Business Units and Operation Sites as a part of your development. You'll also be a key partner in the projects you participate in and drive improvement initiatives and performance management.
About You
We are looking for someone with Materials Science Engineering bachelor's degree as well as experience of collaborating in different projects. We place great value on your personal qualities, as well as on your powerful performance focus and proactive abilities.
You are a person that desiring knowledge and are intellectually curious. You are also Initiative-taking, open to challenges and comfortable in highly changing environments. To be successful in the role you show a prominent level of emotional intelligence a high adaptability and deep culture understanding form various part of the world. You are enthusiastic about our industry , mobile and open to live and work in various parts of the world. As this position has an international exposure, you need to have effective communication skills within English, Portuguese, and Italian in order to making it easy for you to build relations and cooperate with people from all over the world. Extensive Work experience within Technical marketing from Brazil, UK, and US as well as deep knowledge and Green belt certification in Lean six sigma together with certification in Office 365®, Power Automate, Power BI is a requirement.
