What you'll be doing
As a Project Manager at TMRW you'll be the bridge between client and production. Always responsive to the unique needs of every project, you navigate with ease and never loose track of the destination even when the pace is high. Through careful planning and managing of both time and resources in combination with your solid understanding of the creative process, you make sure that the projects proceed within the specified time frame and budget while of course achieving the set objectives. You enjoy having varying tasks on your table and dive into each and everyone with the same razor-sharp precision.

Do you have an organized way of working while leading a creative process? Brilliant! To succeed and thrive in this role, we think you're an expert in concretising the unclear. You have the skill to talk with your clients in their own lingo and with the creatives in theirs. You're an excellent listener and truly convincing - regardless if you have the client present on a screen or in the very same room. You're in to build lasting relationships and it shows from the way you communicate. Not only are you able to articulate a vision and the direction for your team, but you empower your colleagues and make them feel that they have a stake in the project.

• Are you a responsible, pragmatic problem solver? Then you might be the one we're looking for. At TMRW we do have an idea of who our ideal future colleague would be, however if you can't tick all the boxes, but you bring other striking things to the table as a Project Manager, please apply and surprise us!
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager as a part of an agency, production company or alike.
• A Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing or Communication.
• You're well versed and comfortable in communicating in English on a daily basis
