We have already made much progress in our journey to meet the new and increasingly complex needs of the market. We are currently seeking reinforcement for our Media Solutions team.
About the position
This is an opportunity for you to grow, try something new and pursue your desire to refine your skills and become a specialist in the area of Media Solutions. With that in mind, you ideally already have some experience working with media projects. You will primarily be responsible for the media projects of our new and existing customers. Examples of the types of projects you will manage are voice over, transcription and subtitling. Customers are in both the private and public sectors. However, you will also be working with some of the inhouse projects of the Transperfect Group. You will be expected to follow our guidelines and processes, collaborating with other project managers and teams.
Assigned tasks
Your main task as a project manager will be coordinating media projects in a way that best meets our customers' needs. You will be responsible for practical matters having to do with planning and implementation of projects in order to provide localization services in line with customer expectations. You will also be involved in efforts to maintain a continuous dialogue with the customer that strengthens collaboration and the work processes between Semantix and its customers.
Examples of the tasks you will be responsible for include:
working to achieve the stated goals and in accordance with the Semantix process for Media Solutions
ensuring that general rules and guidelines are followed and updated
ensuring that customer-specific instructions are available and updated
managing media projects using the available tools, such as MediaNext TimedText,
MediaNext StudioNext, Limecraft and any other tools or platforms that become available
We believe that you
have relevant academic training or experience that we would deem equivalent
are interested in, or have experience of, working with media projects
are very accustomed to working with different types of software and applications
have excellent language skills in English, both spoken and written.

As a project manager for Media Solutions, you will be managing media projects as part of a team that is newly formed and in the development phase. It is therefore important that you are flexible and regard changing circumstances as a fun challenge.
