We are looking for a Project Manager to our Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Camera product development area with focus on the development of new network cameras.
Who is your future team?
The PTZ camera product area is focused on development of new high-end cameras with movable parts and high zoom grade, from idea to mass production, including HW and SW. You will be part of dedicated teams that join forces to take on the challenges and solve problems that comes in our way. We work with an open mind and avoid being held back by complicated processes. Your team members, with a typical profile of having a master's degree in engineering, will mostly be placed in Lund but with stakeholders all over the world.
What you'll do here as Project Manager?
Our product development teams within the PTZ product area are fully committed to development of state-of-the-art network cameras.
As a Project Manager you will lead product development projects ranging all the way from idea, through conceptual design, execution phase, industrialization and finally volume production. In addition, you might come across pure software projects or larger activities of great importance to our long-term operational possibilities.
A typical project includes development of electronics, mechanics and software as well as a wide range of competence areas such as quality assurance, industrial design, production tests, industrialization and regulatory approvals.
The role entails great responsibilities where you as Project Manager are responsible for the entire product project, with support from steering group. At the same time, you need to engage and interact with all project members in order to understand their challenges and part of your project.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
* Handle day-to-day project management activities like planning, risk mitigation, and follow up of project progress
* Lead and motivate the project team towards successful goal completion
* Actively look for solutions and drive decision making
* Work with the product owner to refine product ideas and requirements
* Understand the needs of internal and external customers
* Communicate in a timely and professional way with stakeholders
You will report to the Director for PTZ Cameras and be part of an extended management group for this product area.
Who are we looking for?

You are a person that gives energy to your colleagues and make sure that your team performs and succeeds! You are honest, open minded, willing to stretch outside your comfort zone, learn from others and share your knowledge, and be ready to take full responsibility for your assignments.
The right candidate has experience from managing product development projects. A previous experience of handling software projects is considered an extra plus. To be successful we believe you have an educational background in engineering, preferably with a master's degree in relevant subjects.
You communicate easily in both Swedish and English, verbally and written.
