hela Sverige Do you want to lead exciting development projects, the whole way from concept to industrialized and launched products? We at Husqvarna Construction in Jonsered are now looking for project managers to our PMO (Project Management Office).
What we can offer
We offer you a holistic project manager role where you will lead the exciting and sometimes challenging development of a new high-end construction products all the way from idea to launched product.
You will be located at the Husqvarna Construction headquarters in Jonsered (15 minutes from Gothenburg city), where we develop and sell machines for the construction and stone industry. The position is residing within our product category 'Concrete Sawing and Drilling' which is focused on cutting-, sawing- and drilling machines, all with diamond tools, mainly for use on concrete.
In Jonsered we have most of the product development, test/lab, product management and other support functions. Production takes place in our own factories located in Sweden, the USA and China.
In your role you will:
• Be responsible for the project's deliverables regarding time, cost and quality with a clear end customer focus.
• Lead and coordinate all project activities based on our project development process.
• Continuously report status to steering team, briefly in pulse meetings, and more in-depth in management forums.
• Your project team is cross-functional and consists of representatives from R&D (mechanical, electronics and software), industrial design, purchasing, testing and production. Furthermore, you will have a wide network of contacts both internally, within the entire Husqvarna group and externally with customers and suppliers.
Who are you?
We believe that you have experience from project work in a leading role. You have a Master degree probably from a technical university. Furthermore, you speak and write English fluently.
As a person you are prestige less with a strong drive to learn new things. You are independent and creative in your way of working. You are structured, communicative and outgoing.
