• Bachelor's degree in engineering field
• 3 years' experience from technical field of project management
• Occupational proficiency in Swedish and English
• Experience of working in international organizations
Other preferred merits:
• Experience from the railway and mass transit business (and most importantly, signaling)
• Contract management, with application of ABT 06 and ABK 09 As Project Manager, you are expected to achieve the defined objectives for a project, within the terms and conditions of the client, whilst implementing Ansaldo STS policy and procedural requirements within the following domains:
Team Management
• Execute the staffing process of the project team
• Evaluate the performances on project team members
Bidding
• Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks
Delivery
• Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements and company processes
Financial KPIs
• Monitor, report and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of costs, revenues, margin and cash in
• Monitor, report and achieve the project KPIs
Contract Management
• Manage the client relationship
• Promote business opportunities and manage change orders
