hela Sverige We're looking for a 4-7 years experience (Senior) Project Manager to assist in the client in Digital Planning & Deployment
Background
To enable us roll out coming FIXA, SELF SERVE RETURNS, HEJ! activities in all our countries in FY20 we need to scale up our central support.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in..
• To develop and implement a streamlined product launch approach to achieve business value with speed and low cost to the Ingka Countries.
• You will lead a central launch support team based on cross-functional competencies in a matrix set-up.
• You and your central team will support digital teams in the countries to launch more complex products with medium to high change management impact and implementation effort.You are passionate about the possibilities of digital impact on client business and inspire countries to rapidly adopt new digital products.
• You are energized by working both independently and interdependently and cross functions. You appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning developments into country launches. Furthermore, you should be motivated to work agile and being open to the change, to keep learning and to forget obsolete. Of course you share and live the client culture and values
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and delivering complex change processes/products.
• Experience in launching of digital products/leading projects across multiple countries and in driving change across multifunctional teams crosswise different geographies.
Preferably experience in agile working set-up and working as part of agile team:
extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
extensive knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured frameworks
extensive experience in strategic communication and change management skills
strong presentation and facilitation skills
experience of working with iterative, agile product development and deployment teams, including key events and artefacts
experience in handling complex environments with multiple product launches happening across different countries simultaneously
understanding of change processes required for rollout of digital products across countries
Ability to handle multiple roll outs (not more than 3) at the same time
Three most important things:
• extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• extensive experience in strategic communication and change management skill
• extensive knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured
Primary working site(s) will be: From home, with part time visiting Sockerbruket Helsingborg and Hubhult Malmö
