We are in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX across the whole division. Therefore, we have created an entire department working on this massive implementation and are now looking to strengthen it further by recruiting one more IT-Project Manager.

The position is based in our office in Copenhagen (Herlev) or at our divisional headquarters in Landskrona, Sweden.
What you will be doing...
You will be responsible for a roll-out team of many roles and responsibilities. We are a global company and you will need to travel almost every week to our local offices primarily around Europe. Your primary mission will be to plan, coordinate, drive and monitor various roll-out projects in close cooperation with your fellow Project Leaders, their teams and coordinators for local sales offices. Furthermore, you need to see to that the deadlines are met, progress is made and timelines are held. You will also supervise the ensuring of different change management activities on various levels throughout the organization.
It is important that you stay vigilant and thereby can identify ways of improvement quickly by constantly analyzing and reviewing the work done by yourself and that of your co-workers.

It is required that you have some experience from working with projects before, either as a project leader or a coordinator, preferably within ERP, CRM or Service Solutions. Having worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX is also considered a big plus. This will then be the natural next step in your career.
Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
