The company is looking for a Project Manager, primarily for health-related projects in Eastern Europe, including Russia. Responsibilities include coordination and independent completion of projects and sales activities on time; oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assigned responsibilities and monitor budget and progress of the project. The successful candidate will work directly with collaborating companies/individuals to ensure that deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The position requires the candidate be familiar with a variety of health field concepts, practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in project and sales activities, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage relationship with the client and all stakeholder
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
The Competences needed include:
• Relevant education in Health Economics, Policy and Management, preferably on a master's level.
• Proven working experience in the governmental agencies or ministries in the health sector. International experience would be an added value.
- Cultural competence achieved by living and working in Eastern Europe and other relevant cultural competence, including knowledge of Scandinavian society and its work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client-facing and networking abilities.
• Language proficiency (fluency) in Russian, English and preferably, other East-European languages; basics in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, Modelling, Web-programming
Other Requirements:
- Preferably, higher education from any of EU countries
