You will be working with the team to assess the clients' needs in their digital upskilling journeys and to present the findings in a structured and engaging way. In this role, you will also be in charge of the design and development of customized programs that support the clients in their digital journeys.Manage international and digital projects.Develop strategies and execute on the plans for upcoming programs.Conduct assessments of our clients' needs.Support the execution of our educational programs.Follow and integrate learnings from technology developments.Manage Key Accounts.Report directly to the CEO on project progress.RequirementsAt least 2 years of working experience in management consulting (or equivalent) with a focus on digital strategy/transformation, new technologies and/or change management.A structured and disciplined work approach with a client-centric mindsetCombination of strategic and analytical skills with a passion for technology and digital skills.Experience in client-interfacing roles.Proven track record of academic and professional achievements.Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.Strong digital skills and project management capabilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of both the English and Swedish language.
