For our client we are looking for a Project Manager
Job description:
Sales Store IT Delivery is responsible for all IT solutions related to Store operations for our client and other group brands, worldwide. The organization is in the process of establishing a set of supporting IT services based on principles such as Cloud platforms and combined development & operation teams.
We are now looking for an experienced project manager who can drive project delivery towards the specified results while applying a combination of waterfall steering and agile development practices.
The assignment will include completing project deliverable of business-critical services from at least two projects and handover to a maintenance organization (that is yet to be established).
The projects are in implementation phase and there will be a handed over to a brand-new maintenance team during the period. There are complex project contexts for both projects in the sense of number of internal and external stakeholders and integrated solutions. The solutions are developed by our suppliers and the projects need to work very tight with them.
Our client has the project teams in place in Stockholm and the total size of the teams is approximately 10-15 persons.
Responsibilities
Responsible for project management and driving the project(-s) towards specified results and timelines.
Responsible for planning and making sure all parties (internal and external) understand their delivery and responsibility.
Managing allocated budget and resources
Actively manage risks and issues.
Actively communicate to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to periodical reporting as well as preparing decisions to be made by steering groups.
Competences
Solid experience as project leader for development projects.
Experience from running development projects in cloud-based environments
Practical experience of project methodology such as PPS
Practical experience from development using agile practices
Experience of identifying and managing stakeholders and related communication planning
Experience of defining, documenting and implementing work processes
Oral and written communication in English, (Swedish is a plus)
Experience from working with service providers in a multi-location setting
Personal skills
Dedicated with the ability to deliver in a high pace, fast-changing environment
Strong communication skills and social competence
Enthusiastic with a flexible approach
Have good skills in anticipating issues/risks

Working language: English. -Swedish is a plus.
