We are hiring an experienced Project Manager into our Cloud practice in Sweden.
This is a challenging role that will further build on your domain knowledge, project management and client engagement capabilities, delivering digitalization projects on time and budget and in line with customer expectations.
Ideally you will have a proven implementation track record across the project lifecycle with outstanding client / project references and you will be able to hit the ground running as a confident and professional communicator who prides themselves on helping clients realize their return on investment.
Requirements:
• Understanding of the client business value that the proposed solution will deliver
• Proven End to End Project Management experience, from Inception to Project Close
• Ability to manage project scope, quality, budget and timeline in line with the contract and project management disciplines
• Ability to motivate and lead team members across different IBM locations, organizations and timezones
• Ability to build a strong network within IBM to secure management attention, engage the right SMEs and bring the best of IBM to clients
• Good track record of building trusted client relationships as part of project delivery, and perform related business development
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience of modern estimation and implementation methodologies and tools such as agile, slack, jira, etc
• Ability to write project statements of work, contractual documents and proposals
• Experience in performing project financial forecasting and analysis in line with accounting guidelines
