As a project manager at Adtoox you will be a key player to that success by leading our teams to excellence. You will coordinate and motivate teams managing products in various phases by streamlining processes and drive innovation. All products are SaaS spanning over multiple markets and continents requiring high accessibility and reliability. By your structured yet agile approach to challenges, you succeed in driving innovation and quality side by side together with your co-workers. Main responsibilities
• Manage projects with client interactions and deliverables.
• Lead market activation projects.
• Assist product owners to plan and lead projects spanning over multiple departments and offices.
• Responsible of project management tools and training.
• Define, evaluate and follow up on business goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate routines in and between departments.
Who you are
• You are a good communicator in both Swedish and English.
• You have a positive attitude and a will to contribute to a healthy team dynamic by seeing opportunities and always highlighting limitations in a constructive way.
• You love challenges and do not fold under pressure due to your highly organized and detail-oriented mind.
• You are a great leader and knows how to make a big group of people enjoy the work.
• Defining and evaluating business goals that apply to your department in is your DNA.
Education
• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an information technology or computer science related field.
• Documented knowledge in various project management methodologies.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Experience in applying best practice in different forms of projects.
• At least three years of experience as project manager.
