We at Volvo Trucks are now hiring for the position as Project Manager within Uptime.

Within the Uptime department we have the responsibility to maximize uptime for all Volvo Trucks customers by the development of aftermarket offers, solutions and tools. Always with the focus to increase customer satisfaction. Key to our customers' success is keeping their commitments and continuously increasing efficiency and lowering operational cost.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Project Manager you will have the opportunity to drive projects supporting the Uptime long-term objectives. The mission is to execute the Uptime strategy, speed up the process of developing new services and bring them to market.
Execute the Uptime strategy and long-term objectives by driving prioritized Uptime Development Projects through cross-functional teamwork.
Lead and coach your project team to secure development and implementation of decided Uptime projects.
Secure lead time, goals, quality and budget of the projects.
Plan, prepare and participate in reference and steering group meetings.

A bachelor degree in technical or commercial area or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of experience of project management
Proven ability to achieve results through others

Strong analytical capability combined with a creative spirit
Passion and interest for our products and technology
Curious and open-minded
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Analytical skills, strong customer focus and a positive attitude
