This requires you to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills due to contact with external parts, plus great problem solving skills. It is desirable that you have great technical skills.

Job Description
Heliospectra AB is looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of the product development team designing and developing LED horticulture fixtures. The position entails assisting and developing different aspects of product development projects from customer requirements to final production document organization. One main responsibility will be leading and managing the product documentation and certification process at the end of the product development cycle.
Area of Responsibility
* Have the ownership of the certification and compliance testing projects for fixture product portfolio
* Plan and manage all compliance tests
* Be the point of contact for external third-party quality and testing facilities
* Manage all administration towards the certification process
* Drive project organization and documentation efforts to ensure timely deliveries in the product development process
* Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver functional solutions
* Create sales readiness and support documents for internal and external parties
* Administer and have ownership of product documentation library (Manuals, technical product information, product variant and revision numbering administration, etc.)
Applicant Description
* Bachelor 's degree in either quality assurance, engineering or business administration 1-2 year project management experience
* Fluent English language proficiency
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work towards the US market (availability, to at times, conduct telephone meetings in the evening)
* High aptitude for problem solving
* Technical knowledge of electronics is preferable but not required
