Role Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to take the company to the next level. Part of the job will be ensuring the successful completion of existing projects and then focus on expanding the business to South Asia offering successful deployment of Swedish and European technologies in areas of ICT, healthcare and energy transition.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Execute one or several projects at a time
• Define project scope in collaboration with responsible partners and clients
• Plan the project involving all sections such as client acquisition, delivery and project completion.
• Drive and facilitate project work ensuring that necessary decisions to reach company goals and make clients happy.
• Report progress to owner
• Make presentations to win new clients and report on progress
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Masters degree in Management or Business Administration
• Work experience in the public sector related to entrepreneurship and youth development
• Project management skills (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
• Solid experience from implementing projects
• Proven track-record in successful project deliveries
• Structured, communicative and pragmatic
• Good presentation skills
• English as working language and South Asian languages such as Bengali and Hindi are additional merits
