Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.

Operations Sweden PMO at Business Unit Combat Systems and C4I Solutions (C2S) is now looking for a Project Manager to head up one or several Combat System solutions projects for Saab's customers around the region. The position is located in Järfälla.
Your role

You will be responsible for one or several customer projects towards Saab's customers around the region. You will apply Saabs project governance model and be overall responsible for the project deliveries on time, cost and quality.
You will:* Be responsible for the financial result of the project* Be responsible for the project forecast, both deliveries and financial* Contribute to a continuous development of agile ways of working* Establish and maintain solid project plans including resource requirements towards the line units* Support your co-workers by providing constructive feedback* Contribute to develop the Project Management dicipline in the Business Unit
Your skills and experience
We are looking for a person with excellent leadership skills and business focus to deliver committed results in time. We expect you to have:* Experience of project management* Experience from customer negotiation* Excellent communication skills* Strong in cooperation* Self-driven personality* Apply effective, reasonable and doable solutions to problems* Apply a continuous improvement approach from all aspects including ongoing improvements* Apply an open and inclusive leadership empowering others to act
Project Management certification and experience from defence is considered as merit.
