hela Sverige The Project Manager role in this assignment require significant experience as an IAM technologist and architect.
Competencies
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Successful track-record from IAM assignments in large IT organizations
• Experience from IAM in an API- and microservices architecture
• Experience with user authentication in store environments
• Experience with modern Internet authentication and -authorization protocols and standards
• Able to see and manage the big picture as well as understanding the details
Activities overview
• Define the scope, goals and risks together with the team and stakeholders
• Drive and coordinate the Modern Access Control plans, activities and IT solutioning within the Tech Foundation program
• Be responsible for identifying and assessing 'friction free' authentication methods for store users without personal devices
• Be responsible for identifying and prioritizing critical authentication- and authorization flows
• Be responsible for assessing federation models for integration with 3rd party organizations
• Communicate and present project progress, scope and overall solutions to stakeholders within the organization
• Report to, facilitate and prepare material for decisions to be taken by steering groups
Required skills
• 10+ years' experience as technical project manager or equivalent
• 10+ years' experience of IT solutions in larger projects in global companies - i.e. companies operating on different geographical markets and in several business areas
• Experience with IAM standards and protocols: OAUTH2, Open ID Connect, SAML
• Experience from implementing a ticket-based IAM architecture
• Experience from guiding application architects and -developers in implementing secure authentication- and authorization flows based on standards
• Experience from agile environments and technology for online and digital business
• Fluent English, spoken and written. Swedish is a big plus, but not a requirement
