We are looking for a service-minded Project Manager to join our Customer Service team in Helsingborg!
Job Summary
• You will work as a Project Manager for the EMEA region in a team of three, and you will be responsible for upgrade projects globally.
• Develop new technical solutions together with our Regional Aftermarket Managers for modifications of customer equipment in the field. You will act cross functional to coordinate and utilize different competences and experiences within the organization to ensure competitive solutions.
• Based on prospects for a specific customer driven modification from Regional aftermarket managers, you will generate technical scope including cost & lead time as well as give input to customers proposals.
• Manage the projects financially including forecasts as well as technically. Make sure purchasing are done in time and coordinate the delivery of the material to the customer site.
• Give technical support during installation and commissioning of the upgrade project. You will support the regions to find solutions to technical issues in cooperation with experts from different departments.
Qualifications/Skills Required

You have:
• A degree within a technical field
• Experience from a similar role or tasks
• Work experience from the food industry is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, any additional language skills are a merit
