hela Sverige We are looking for one Project Manager to join Fortum Innovation Accelerator team.
Fortum Innovation Accelerator focuses on developing ideas into new business concepts and incubating them internally to growing business ventures. In addition to portfolio management, Fortum Innovation Accelerator offers various venture development services like patenting support, innovation facilitation and technology scouting.
We offer you a dynamic international working environment in the project organization. You are able to develop yourself in several different areas. You are given a lot of responsibility and the possibility to grow as much and as fast as you can.
You have a Master degree in Energy Engineering with specialization in renewable energies such as solar and or wind, along with international work experience of 3-5 years in the field. Focus on working with renewable energies in developing new products around local energy systems such as mini-grids, micro-grids, and other distributed solutions is highly desirable, as is up to date knowledge of emerging frontier market energy policy and regulations.
We expect you to have an analytical mind and the ability to absorb large amounts of complex information as well as to draw clear conclusions. We also value highly your ability to develop and conceptualize new ideas towards piloting and experimenting.
We expect you to have a proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder complex projects in virtual international teams in an agile environment. You have acted in different types of leadership roles and taken care of a variety of activities, including leading teams, negotiations, procurements, legal, and represented large organizations in international forums.
You have good communication and presentation skills and networking skills both externally and internally. Fluency in English is necessary along with Hindi and Swedish. Other Asian languages are a plus.
The position entails about 60% of travel.
