We are looking for a Project Manager who can integrate our services with our customers infrastructure. You will working closely with the Technical Project Manager and you are responsible for managing a given project through the entire lifecycle for a variety of customers across the globe. Specific responsibilities include:
Understanding a client's business objectives and specific needs
Lead and manage digital solutions across channels, including web builds, new product features etc - from planning through to implementation
Plan for and prioritize deliverables and resources from across all projects, based on scope of work and project goals
Creation and ownership of project scope, detailed project plans, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, schedules and financials in collaboration with account team
Proactively monitor projects to anticipate potential risks and identify solutions to address them in advance
Development of statement of work, scoping documentation and liaising with client IT teams to coordinate requirements
Briefings, status meetings, and accurately communicating a project's progress with clients and internal teams
Share and implement project management best practices internally
Internal post-project reviews & analysis
Curious about technolog and the future
Post-secondary education or University degree in one of following: Computer Science/Business Administration/Commerce/Engineering
At least 2-4 years project management experience specific to software integration and managing customer relations
Demonstrate success in the management of multiple projects in the area of software integration
Demonstrate organizational abilities, strong attention to detail with previous technical experience
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (Swedish and English)
Enthusiastic problem-solver that can lead both large and small-scale digital projects
A good understanding of computer programming languages and the ability to to communicate this with our customers technical team. Computer programming experience is a plus
Excellent time management skills to multi task across multiple simultaneous projects, tasks and product releases
Thrive in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to work independently
