We are seeking a Project manager to the Purification and Analysis Portfolio within the P&A RnD Department. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and support project across the Protein Prep & Purification, Lab Filtration and Biacore areas.
Essential Responsibilities
The Purification & Analysis R&D Department consists of approximately 90 people divided into eight sections, and is responsible for research and development of systems, software and system specific consumables for Biacore systems and ÄKTA systems.
The Purification & Analysis Portfolio includes the portfolio director and after this role has been appointed 3 project managers. This is a junior leadership role within the R&D team, and with focus on project planning & execution in a cross functional environment.
Responsible for delivery of NPI and support projects according to Phase Review Discipline (PRD), QMS and general compliance requirements.
To execute one or several cross functional and/or cross site projects according to the defined development model and local instructions, using a team approach to reach agreed objectives for specification, time and cost
Provide regular, effective and transparent project reporting KPI?s & updates to meet business requirements: to include financial, CAPEX, project delivery, quality and compliance requirements associated with R&D activities.
Manage deviations in the project by rearranging resources within the project, and/or get formal approval for changes in scope, time or budget from relevant project commitee.
Maintain active dialogue with project stakeholders, e.g. business area representatives, to ensure project deliveries are aligned with changing market needs.
To participate in continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements
Leadership skills, possesses a natural ability and drive to focus on project delivery, maintaining project execution and compliance in a fast changing environment.
Proven ability of planning, executing and evaluating analytical experiments
Experience in new product development.
experience from collaborations across organisation with Marketing, Supply Chain etc. to deliver results
Team oriented ? ability to motivate and work well in a multidisciplinary environment.
Very good communication skills (both written and spoken), including presentation skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary
Strong external focus
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Desired Characteristics
Minimum significant years of relevant industrial experience
Bachelor?s degree plus relevant experience in Project Management in the Life Science sector.
Knowledge & experience from product development, both system, software and/or consumables
Experience in managing teams in multidisciplinary environments
Experience in agile development and Safe.
