Description
Do you have passion for driving change and improvement projects in a Global environment?
DSO Technical Service is recruiting a Project Manager to drive global initiatives within the System Issue Management team.
You will enter into a global role and work closely with all our Clusters and Central Organisations, driving alignment and coordination. You will take ownership of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of how we work with issues from when we capture them until the resolution.
The position is based in Lund or Modena and includes approximately 20% travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Overall responsible for planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the objectives
• Together with stakeholders agree on scope and deliverables for the project
• Lead the project team (core team members) and manage stakeholders at different levels in the organisation
• Execute the project in line with the applicable process
• Prepare and present the project for review in the project governance forum
Qualifications
You are a self-motivated person with a strong drive and result orientation. You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context.
You have the ability to exercise informal authority and you easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
To be successful in this role, you have solid project management experience and preferably a PMP certification. You have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all levels of the organisation. Experience from business process design or continuous improvements is seen as a plus, as well as knowledge on QTIM process and QuTI-P.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
