Project Manager for Grid Solutions, Sweden
The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of projects of different sizes within Grid Solutions in Sweden. This individual will plan and lead the execution of the contracts from contract signing until expiration of warranty period, delivering them on time, on budget, at the right quality and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
• Lead the execution of the contracts until expiration of warranty period
• Develop and execute a delivery strategy for each project to ensure the sales and profitability targets
• Actively seek to improve project results through variation orders
• P&L responsibility for designated project
• Perform the project planning and reporting
• Ensure the optimum cash-flow in the projects
• Closely monitor site activities
• Guarantee that the quality level is in line with the customer expectations
• Work closely with other functional departments (after sales service, marketing, operations, logistics, HR, finance, etc.)
Your profile:
• Education in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, preferable with a bachelor University degree
• Minimum 5-7 year of relevant Project management experience in an international work environment
• Technical knowledge of HV (High Voltage) equipment and projects is an advantage
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationships, team building and creating an environment for effective team
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Willingness to travel both within Sweden and occasionally outside Sweden
You are a reliable and driven person with strong negotiation skills who is able to adapt his/her communication to different stakeholders. You understand the importance of showing a strong service attitude, being available to the customer, responsive to customer?s needs, flexible and willingness to build close customer relations, and have a proactive and flexible attitude. It is important that you are resilient, have a sense of urgency and are able to analyze and solve problems in an independent and efficient manner.
