Westermo is looking for Project Manager
As Project Manager at Westermo you will manage projects from requirement specification all the way to serial production. You will become part of a team with highly motivated colleagues; other Project Managers, SW developers, HW developers, Testers, Architect and Requirements Manager. Together we continuously improve our ways of working and this should be a corner stone in your approach to work as well. Process improvement with focus on Lean should be another area that motivates you. It will be your job to keep it all together with a structured, yet pragmatic approach, to drive your projects.
Apart from driving projects, you will also be responsible for work with tenders and pre-studies.
Qualifications
We believe you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or the equivalent acquired knowledge. You have very good skills in writing and speaking Swedish as well as English.
A good understanding of network and data communication products and product development of both SW and HW. At least five years of experience from Product development of which at least two years as a Project Manager.
As a person we assume that you always try to find solutions to whatever problems that may put risk to your planning and that you are open to share knowledge with others.
