We are currently requiring a Project Manager to be in charge of Project fit out and site management for different prestigious projects in Europe.
As the Project Manager, your main duties will involve the supervision and coordination of all site work.. It will be your mission to complete site installations and resolve while achieving results any conflicts that may rise on site to the high standards set. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and be expected to provide weekly reports and updates on all stages of the project undertaken. You may also be required to liaise with the client direct and provide feedback on the relevant progress foe various stages of the project.
As the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of Ten years qualification practice experience in hotel fit out or residential fit out with high level of details and luxury. You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to represent the practice at all levels. French will be a distinctive advantage. You must have a good working knowledge of IT in particular, CAD & management software tools.

Living Design welcome Intern architects and interior designers who are a professional-in-training, developing the skills necessary to design, document and administer a Turnkey project. As such, the Architect Intern will perform a wide variety of roles, assisting in many job functions while gaining the necessary experience. By the time the Architect Intern has qualified to take the professional examination, he or she will be expected to perform the functions normally assigned to an Architect/ Interior Designer. To qualify to Intern Ship, you must have an excellent CAD knowledge as well as obtained a professional degree, and fluent in English and another language
