Publiceringsdatum2014-01-16Dina arbetsuppgifterNPI and Change Projects, Sourcing and Supply is accountable for leading New Product Introduction Projects, Tech Transfer Projects and Business Change projects within the company.
The Project Manager is accountable for project management of Business Change projects or Tech Transfer Projects within the company. The project teams are multi disciplinary with participants from all parts of the company. Depending on the project, stakeholders and project team members can be from different parts of the company, e.g. Global Supply Chain or Commercial.
Main duties include leading cross-functional projects by establishing and leading project teams in accordance with the Project Management Framework (PMF) in order to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively:
• facilitating the resolution and handling of a wide range of complex problems within cross-functional teams, that requires well-developed conceptual thinking and judgment.
• identifying risks and proposing solutions that balance business needs and costs.
• communicating effectively at different levels and across different functions within the company in order to negotiate with and influence others over a wide range of issues.
• ensuring that there will be smooth handover into â'business as usual' and that there are minimum negative effects on core business activities as a consequence of project execution.
• managing resources and motivate and develop team members.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Several years experience of Pharmaceutical manufacturing:
• has a practical knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
• university degree in Engineering, Logistics or equivalent
• solid understanding of the company's manufacturing capability and organization.
• proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• strong understanding of Lean principles and practices.
• ability to work with teams using English as working language.
• leadership capability with emphasis on drives performance, works collaboratively and strategically approach.
