We are now recruiting the position as Project Manager with responsibility for managing radio module projects, support system projects and release projects within PIM RBS Project Office in Kumla.
The PIM RBS project manager is responsible for the NPI projects. The projects are included in the R&D development projects, which require a close cooperation with PIM RBS introduction sites, volume production sites, Design departments and Integration & Verification.
The PIM RBS project manager has the responsibility to manage a project according to the assignment specification and typically from TG1-TG5. The scope can and will often also include global introductions involving one or several volume sites.
The work includes traditional project management tasks such as planning and managing the project feasibility- and execution phase including budget control and resource planning.
An important part of the role as project manager is to report the project status to the steering group and to important stakeholders at different fora. As the release projects tend to get very big much focus is on clear and concise information spreading.
Qualifications:
• University degree, preferably a Master of Science/Bachelor degree or equivalent
• You have knowledge of project management using documented processes and check lists
• Proven performance in project target achievements within given time and cost frames
• It is an advantage if you have experience in supply chain management
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of Lean and Agile principles
