Role Overview
As a Project Manager, Nordics at Benifex, you are responsible for leading customer, partner, and internal projects with clear planning and coordination. You ensure delivery meets expectations in terms of scope, timeline, and quality, while supporting customer satisfaction and engagement. You work collaboratively across teams, take ownership of your projects, and contribute to improving how we deliver. You follow established processes, identify opportunities for refinement, and help create the conditions for successful execution. Through your structured approach and customer focus, you support scalable solutions and contribute to a positive project experience for all stakeholders.
You'll manage multiple projects in parallel with varying levels of complexity and duration. Projects span from SMEs to larger Nordic organizations, requiring strong planning, prioritization, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate projects - Define scope, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and smooth delivery.
Drive structure and quality - Follow and improve project routines, manage risks, and ensure documentation and tools are updated for transparency and handover.
Deliver onboarding and enablement - Provide tailored training and guidance, ensuring engagement and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
Advise and translate needs into solutions - Guide customers on best practices, platform capabilities, and decisions that drive project success.
Promote learning and improvement - Share knowledge, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement for long-term customer success.
What are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in project management, SaaS solutions, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of how to interpret and use a project methodology.
Experience working directly with customers, preferably in B2B environments, with a genuine passion for creating value and building strong client relationships.
Intermediate ability to adapt the delivery method.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required for this role.
Bonus points for
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master.
Experience working with APIs, integrations or technical platforms is beneficial and will support successful project execution.
A strong technical curiosity and interest in how digital solutions, APIs, and integrations can enhance delivery efficiency and customer value.
