Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and structured project manager who can take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. You will play a central role in our operations by maintaining administrative routines, managing contracts and invoices, and reporting to our clients.
Location: Gothenburg (Remote work is OK)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility, structure, and administrative routines, including document management, contracts, invoice handling, and supplier management.
Be responsible for reporting to clients and ensure high-quality communication.
Plan, organize, and analyze your projects.
Independently manage reporting, follow-ups, invoices, contracts, and general project administration.
Drive business development towards our clients.
Requirements:
Experience working independently with and driving projects, including follow-ups, reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, contracts, and project administration.
Proficient in computer skills; experience with Office 365, reporting tools, and financial systems is a requirement. Experience with case management systems is a plus.
You have a strong drive, are technically inclined, and have a good understanding of costs and revenues.
Previous work in the maintenance or construction of electrical installations is advantageous.
Experience in the contracting industry, service agreements, and contract interpretation is a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
You are a structured, service-oriented problem solver who takes initiative.
You have good social skills and can collaborate effectively with others.
You are meticulous and clear in your communication, both written and verbal.
Swedish language is mandatory
