We are looking for an energetic top-professional Project Manager to work with a small but close-knit team of specialists towards actively supporting investors/business owners in achieving effective management of their capital/assets in Russia and the CIS countries; developing our consulting business, generating new ideas; constantly striving for self-improvement as well as stimulating colleagues in their growth.
Your primary responsibilities will consist in thoroughly fathoming, and co-coordinating, the aims of the investors and the objectives of the investment projects; making business assessments, evaluating investments; searching for companies/assets in Russia and the CIS countries suitable for acquisition; assisting in choosing strategies for the development and sale of businesses; assisting in implementing best practices in corporate management; preparing detailed plans for investment projects; setting up project management routines, following up implementation of the projects.
The purport of your professional activities should thus be a search for, and assistance in acquiring, companies/assets making attractive investment objects, and increasing the value of their businesses.

You are a graduate in management/finance/economics, preferably with MBA or PhD in business administration or economics, and at least three years of work experience in audit/business consulting. An additional documented schooling in business valuation is meriting. To handle this job you will need a minimum of three years experience in managing investment projects in Russia, specifically in agricultural business. A good knowledge of the agribusiness in Russia, as well as of the agricultural land market in Russia/Ukraine, is also a prerequisite. Your are fluent in Russian. Your are highly skilled in using specialized project management and presentation software tools.
As a person you are expected to take initiative, to be goal oriented, to be able to apply systematic thinking to problem solving and to possess good analytical skills. You have good communicative skills, a convincing stance, and ability to motivate the co-workers toward the task-oriented performance. We also value the ability to function effectively under time pressure without sacrificing quality.
