We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team, reporting directly to the Manager of Resource Management Center (RMC). The RMC is a team of ten professionals located in Stockholm, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, dedicated to optimizing resource management processes and strategies.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the RMC Manager to structure, drive, and follow up on key development areas within the department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the RMC Manager in implementing process changes aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Overseeing the onboarding of a new VMS IT system, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into existing workflows.
• Driving initiatives to improve ways of working within the department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
• Several years experience as Project Manager in the VMS / Contingent Worker industry.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Deep understanding of the European contingent workforce supplier and broker market landscape.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-06-30 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client in Stockholm, Solna.
