Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager inside Engineering and Capacity Deployment Team. The team, inside Additional Material Supply Chain is strictly connected with the market evolution and the production factories needs. As part of Operations and WCM team, the project types are both production line/automation system installation and digitalization tools deployment, requiring application of different governances and big variety of stakeholders involved.
The Project Manager (PM) coordinates all aspects of the life of the project, starting with the support at scope definition. PM is accountable for delivering cost, time and quality project objectives in time and full following the concept of WCM and Business Transformation, depending on the type of project.
This is a permanent position and is based in Modena (Italy) or Lund (Sweden). The position requires approx. 50% of travelling time.
What you will do
Deliver the overall project scope and objectives integrating the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects).
Communicate, monitor and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders' requirements.
Define a deliverable oriented work breakdown structure. Develop, execute, manage and communicate the project plan.
Communicate, manage and follow up the project budget.
Coordinate, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
Lead the project organization based on project deliverables and coordinating the roles, responsibilities and objectives in the project.
Develop and implement the project risk analysis.
Coordinate the project procurement plan to ensure the supplier involvement and management fulfil project objectives.
Cooperate with the technical teams that define the engineering and digitalization solutions needed to improve the industrial performance of production lines or production infrastructure.

We believe you have
We believe you have:
A university degree in Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 3-years' experience in project management
Experience in Operations as well as knowledge of industrial processes
Experience in managing engineering activities in international and process oriented industrial environments
A fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience in WCM and competence in Early Management is considered a plus
Competence in Injection moulding and film blowing is a plus

As a person you are analytical and well organized and can operate in a complex international environment. You also have excellent communication and team building skills, you have the capability to use informal authority to motivate and coach people and influence at all levels in the organization. You are self-motivated and eager to learn and share your experience with others. Beside this we believe you enjoy solving complex problems.
