As the business is growing, Control Room Solution (CRS) needs a project manager. We seek for a person with a hands-on personality that is adaptive to work with multiple projects of varying levels of complexity. We want a person that is curious about the products and services we offer and that is good at seeking out the knowledge they need to support the internal projects.
The person we seek need to be able to work both independently and collaboratively to move our projects forward. The role will allow for a certain level of flexibility and creativity in how to execute the projects. This role is a great opportunity for a person that is interested in developing their Project Management skills.
The focus in this role should be on running development projects, but there will also be time to run other internal projects.
• Continuous improvements - to support all departments
• Product improvement - coordinate and lead the process
• Process development - develop our processes around product development and strengthen documentation connected to the same
Your responsibilities
Run and coordinate internal projects within, product development, continuous improvements, and business development.
Control project plan; resources, time, costs, and risks.
Execute projects according to CRS processes and guidelines.
Implement effective communication and check that information is disseminated within the organization to all relevant stakeholders.
Your background
A Bachelor or a Master 's degree, preferably in technique or logistics/operations.
Preferably at least 2 years background in production/ business development.
Great knowledge in Excel and other MS Office programs.
Experience in SAP is merited, but not essential.
You are results-oriented, strategic and have a structured approach to work.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
