About Partner Marketing & Programs
Partner Marketing & Programs plays an important role in supporting continued long-term loyalty and business growth with all partners in Axis eco-system, from distributors and system integrators to consultants and technology partners. As responsible for driving the global partner marketing strategy, the team secures and improve the overall partner experience and enhance the value of Axis partnership. With focus on ease-of-doing-business with Axis, the partner marketing strengthen loyalty, increase activation and revenue contribution with and through partners. As a Project Manager, you will work with marketing projects aimed to elevate and support the partner experience. Primarily, the role will focus on cross-program projects set to benefit our partnership programs, but also specific marketing initiatives gyred to improve external and internal marketing processes globally.
What you will do
As a Project Manager in Partner Marketing & Programs, you will help bring Axis solution offerings to new and existing partners worldwide. Based on the business plan and partner marketing strategy and program marketing plans, you will be responsible for independently driving and delivering partner marketing projects, on time and within budget.
The project scope will vary over time - everything from driving innovative global marketing projects to both marketing process development related to the programs. Together with the partner program managers, you will support and execute global marketing initiatives for partners and end customers to ensure we evolve and optimize our marketing in the business area.
Close collaboration with our sales regions and local marketing specialists, as well as agencies and Axis inhouse expertise, to define and execute the projects is key to your success.
Organizationally, you will be part of Partner Marketing & Programs - a global marketing function with the mission to with and through partnerships generate demand and business opportunities for Axis solutions worldwide. We are a tight-knit team of like-minded marketers that will inspire you, challenge you or just be there for a chat over morning coffee.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you need:
* At least 5 years of marketing experience
* Experience from companies with complex offerings and international markets
* Experience from companies with a partner-oriented business model
* Experience from partner marketing or communications.
* A strong ability to organize and prioritize your work
* To be a structured, clear and communicative ordered
* Proven marketing project management skills
* Fluency in English
A higher-level education in marketing and broad-based experience of, e.g. partner marketing, marketing material development, and project coordination is desirable. Prior experience from marketing complex offerings in international markets is also highly desirable.
The person we are looking for is enthusiastic, driven and positive. You are a problem solver with the ability to multitask.
