We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our journey, building the future in electric, hybrid and mechanical drivelines within the automotive industry. You will be a part of our skilled transmission team, leading the development of complete driveline systems from concept to serial production, including testing and controls.
AVL in Sweden has approximately 300 employees based in Haninge, Södertälje, Trollhättan and Gothenburg. As an engineer at AVL you will work with cutting edge technology in collaboration with experts in the global AVL team and our successful customers. You will be working at our Tech center in Trollhättan or as Resident Engineer at customers in Sweden or elsewhere in the world.
Your Responsibilities: Early involvement in quotation development Execution of transmission projects, from planning to final hand-over to customer. Projects can vary from shorter conceptual development to serial production projects, spanning over years. Provide project tracking and reporting to stakeholders (Budget, Timing, Quality) Lead cross-functional teams
Your Profile: University degree in Engineering. Documented experience as project manager within relevant areas. Good motivator and team-builder. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish Good technical understanding, preferable within automotive. Target oriented and business oriented. High level of integrity and responsibility. Driving license
