My name is Stefan Olofsson and I am leading the Total Workstation Team at R&D. In our team, we are a mix between both junior and senior people, and what I am proud of in my team is that everyone has a strong drive to get things done and we always help each other.
Together we participate in developing high quality products used by customers worldwide. We work in an agile environment, close to costumers where new initiatives and possibilities constantly emerge. The Total Workstation team focus on many different technologies such as automation technique, indoor location and robot solutions.

About the job
We are looking for a person with an engineering background and experience of project management. You will mainly focus on indoor location technique and drive this development further. Together with your colleagues, and in close collaboration with our application centers, you will be involved in every step of the way - from initial idea to final product.
What you need to succeed
You have some years of experience within mechatronics systems like final assembly solutions. Experience from design of embedded and dynamic systems. It is considered a qualification if you have knowledge in indoor location technique.
Your personality
As a person, you are a true team player with a "can-do" attitude, easy to interact with as well as eager to learn. You are self-organized, committed and customer focused.
Education
You hold a technical university degree or a Master of Science in Engineering.
