About the job
Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) are widely used as energy saving solution in many different types of applications such as Food and beverages, Industry Processes and HVAC & Refiguration installations. To proceed being world leader in heat transfer we continuously develop and evaluate new technologies to implement in the future GPHE range. Within BU GPHE (Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger) we are looking for a Project Manager with focus to drive technology development projects for Gasketed plate heat exchangers (GPHE)
In the role as project manager for technology development GPHE, you will be an important part to develop our technologies even further. You will be driving different technology concept with focus to find new technical solutions for new market demands including pushing boundaries and challenge old truths.
In this role, you will have a creative function collaborating within the network of various functions such as production, sales, sourcing and external partners to create the path for the next step ahead. We believe that your curiosity for the new and understanding for our existing technologies will be a key driver for you.
Who you are
To thrive in this role, you should have a natural curiosity to push boundaries and enjoy being in the conceptual phase of products. It 's important that you feel comfortable driving and take responsible for projects you are involved in with various parties. Furthermore, you need to create and use your network and be able to sell a new idea as you embark into new terrain of various activities, involving colleagues within the various functions.
What you know
We believe you have an engineering education within a relevant field of expertise. We also believe that you have experience in developing technologies/products within manufacturing or in other industrial setting.
It's a merit if you have knowledge of metallic materials and are used to drive your own projects
