Who you are
You are a customer driven, people person who thrives leading teams, working on multiple projects and investigations at the same time under high pace conditions from initiation until closure. At the same time, you consider an international and highly cooperative working environment your natural habitat.
You are passionate about machinery technology and industrial process applications.
As part of the R&D organization we run cases and investigations following R&D methodologies, so you are keen on digging into technical details while keeping the big picture in mind.
About the job
We are a newly created department (Technical Customer Support) belonging to the R&D's EPD (Existing Product Development) group within the High-Speed Separators Business Unit.
Our main purpose is two-fold, we assist our customers experiencing critical and complex technical cases that require multidisciplinary knowledge, cross functional resources and most importantly a fast pace towards a corrective, preventive, or final solution. Secondly, we support the rest of the organization develop and improve our existing range of products based on the findings coming from such cases.
By joining our team, you will have the chance to lead technically complex cases keeping the customer as the main focus and play an active role in product development and other R&D activities.
What you know
* Engineering background with experience in mechanical systems in combination with industrial process knowledge.
* Experience leading teams and/or projects with high exposure to customers around the globe.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Experience in R&D activities and product development (Merit)
* Previous experience with High-Speed Separators (Merit)
