Job Description
Be responsible for delivery of IT projects within time, budget and scope, including:
• Defining project scope, deliverables, schedules and budget from project directives
• Validation of scope and timeframes
• Conducting project kickoff, steering committee, meetings with Business Owner and team meetings
• Conducting brainstorming sessions and other project meeting facilitation
• Facilitating setting of technical, functional and business requirements
• Developing project plans
• Tracking and managing projects from initiation to successful completion
• Communicating project status internally / externally to stakeholders and business owner
• Identifying and resolving project issues, problems and changes
• Gathering and writing functional and non-functional requirements
• Evaluating projects and releases on performance, delivery and achieved goals.
• Cooperating with UX professionals on user experience and non functional goals
• Reporting to Head of Product Development
Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
To join our team, you must be a good leader with documented Software Project Management skills as well as:
• Have good leadership skills and being able to drive change
• A university / college degree and 2+ years of Software Project Management experience
• Experience in managing complex mid- to large scale projects and third party integration and leading outsourced projects
• Knowledge of coaching, facilitating and mentoring for improving project performance
• General technical understanding
• Knowledge about agile processes
• Interest in and knowledge of project processes and optimization of work related processes.

• Very good Swedish and English communication skills
• Experience of Project Management tools
