hela Sverige Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.
Within Service Operations we are a team of project managers committed to supporting the development of the service business in our network. You will as Project Manager work in a team supporting the global service organisation to achieve best service performance. In this specific position you will mainly work with implementation of IT tools and related processes in our workshop operation. In this specific role you will also support the project team with project administration.
Your profile
We are seeking a person who can drive projects toward defined targets and help us to develop our way of working. Your role includes interacting with the management team in our business units as well as local project managers at dealer level in our service network. It is therefore important that you have the ability to establish networks both within and outside Scania and take responsibility for your project.
You will also need to assist other projects with project administration support.
Experiences / Skills
Your background and experience is from project management and working with business development toward dealer network. You have a relevant academic degree and previous project management experience.
The external contacts in our services network require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit.
