Over the years we have been growing and today we are working within the areas Automotive, Control Systems, Industry, Purchasing and Recruitment. This vacancy is positioned within the Automotive area, which means you will be a part of our consultancy section.
We are looking for aa Project Manager - Service Business Developer to our customer within the Automotive industry. The position is located at Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
The assignment comprises of, but is not limited to; develop and contribute to Service portfolio management and evaluation of service concepts from customer and business perspective. The role is expected to have a holistic and end-to-end perspective, while being the pragmatic driver of initiatives at the same time. Contribute in the packaging of services into total offerings to customers on multiple markets within the area of Service Engineering. Contribute to the improvement and development of a structured approach to service business development with regards to processes, methodology and tools such as customer journey map, value proposition canvas, etc. in order to facilitate informed decisions
Key responsibilities:
- Drive service business development, i.e. evaluate and develop new ideas and business concepts ?
- Actively work with our team and other internal stakeholders to develop and improve business and ?customer satisfaction ?
- Service and customer lifecycle management ?
- Establish, follow-up KPIs and improve service quality and customer experience ?
Qualifications
- Master's degree, preferable within IT, computer science or UX design.
- At least five years of experience from developing service offerings to target different brands and customer segments as well as solid experience from project management with focus on user and customer experience (UX/CX) and service business development.
- Excellent commercial and technical understanding and preferably be with an automotive background.
- Experience from working within global organizations and with different cultures is expected.
- Good understanding of process and method development is needed.
- Excellent presentation and language skills in English are mandatory, fluent in Swedish or Chinese is a merit.
- Experience from automotive aftermarket is a merit
