Scania Financial Processes Center (SFPC), is a newly established Shared Service Centre serving Scania in Europe. Our stakeholders are Scania Industrial Operations, Commercial Operations as well as Financial Services, and external suppliers/customers.
The process scope of SFPC is currently Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables, with the geographical scope EU incl Norway and Switzerland.
As a Project Manager, within the Program and Change office, you will be responsible for one or more projects within our program portfolio. The portfolio includes harmonisation initiatives supporting the Scania units in our scope where you will handle cross functional processes and/or IT related assignments. This means daily interactions with different parts of Scania and it is important to have excellent go-ahead spirit with high portion of flexibility and accountability.
Your main tasks as a Project Manager will be to:
Lead and drive pre-studies, implementations projects including both business- processes and IT.
Identify risks and handle follow ups in different forums.
Ensure that the projects are handled on schedule, on budget and realised value.
Interact with our Business Process Service provider.
Participate and contribute to our change management.
Your Profile
Aside from 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience, preferably in the financial industry, and a university or equivalent degree in computer science or economics, we're looking for someone who:
has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability

maintains calm and focus in a critical and fast-paced environment
is motivated by a high-performance and result-driven culture
has strong analytical skills
is a good listener
is a team-player who sees the value in sharing info and promotes an open dialogue through leading by example
